In this webinar replay, I'll show you the easy way to write job descriptions, how to know if the person you hired is the "right fit", a simple way to pay your employees, and a whole lot more.

Also, here are some of the services mentioned in the webinar that will help you out a ton:

  • Virtual Staff Finder (Not free, but they will do the leg work for you to find amazing overseas employees)
  • Dropbox (What I use to share files with my employees)

Oh, and congratulations to Chris Hess for winning my Ebook by asking some amazing questions during the webinar!

great video about hiring outsourcers in philippines. i actually found easyoutsource.com from one of your other blog posts. am interviewing appointment setters for me right now.
    hopefully it goes well.

i did have one question. how would you pay them for training? should it be free, or paid full or part of the wage?

I think you should fix the video in a way that we don't have to download it.

I had my personal experience of hiring virtual assistants through remotestaff.com.au (see: http://www.remotestaff.com.au/rs/candidates/virtual_assistance/ ) and I admire the professionalism of Filipino professionals.

The good thing about Remote Staff is that they provide you with your own customer service representative that would email you everyday regarding your staff's activity and call you whenever necessary.
